Angel-Hair Pasta With Shrimp and Bok Choy

1. Boil water with some salt in a pot, then add the pasta and cook as the label directs.
2. Drain and rinse under cold water; transfer to a bowl.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the garlic and cook until golden, about 1 minute.
5. Add the shrimp, Boy choy, tomato, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring often, until slightly softened, about 2 minutes.
6. Plate the shrimp mixture to the bowl with the pasta.
Penne Pasta with Shrimp and Mix Green

1. Place pasta in a pot. Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and water. Cover and bring to a boil.
2. Place a skillet over medium heat and add in the olive oil.
3. Stir in broccoli and green beans, shrimp, tomatoes, peas, and butter.
4. Stir until pasta is tender, shrimp are cooked through, and water is almost completely evaporated.
5. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon zest and 3/4 cup Parmesan and toss to coat. Season with more salt and pepper, if needed.
6. Divide pasta among plates. Top with basil, additional Parmesan, and red pepper.
Zucchini Pasta Primavera With Colorful Veggies

1. Boil Broccoli and drain under cols water.
2. Place a skillet over medium heat and add in the olive oil.
3. Once the oil heats, add in the garlic, red pepper flakes and onions.
4. Then, add in the tomatoes, green peas and bell pepper and season with salt and pepper.
5. Add in the zucchini noodles, carrot shavings, lemon juice and parsley and toss for 2-3 minutes or until the zucchini noodles are al dente.
6. Add in the broccoli and parmesan cheese and toss completely to spread the cheese.
